Privacy

In short: this arcade works without tracking, ads, analytics tools or social media plugins. Fonts and images are hosted on our own server, so visiting does not send any data to third parties such as Google.

2. Server logs

Each time a page is requested, the web server at ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Friedersdorf automatically stores technical data: IP address, date and time, requested address, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system, and the referring page. This is necessary to run the website securely (troubleshooting, defending against attacks). The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The logs are deleted automatically by the hosting provider after a short period.

3. Play counter

When you start a game, the page increases that game's counter ("× played", "High Scores"). To avoid counting a game several times, we keep a pseudonymised check value (hash) derived from your IP address and the game for 20 minutes. It is then deleted automatically. Only the total number per game is stored permanently, without any link to you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Cookies & browser storage

• Cookie "arcade_lang": remembers your chosen language (German/English) for one year. It is only set when you switch the language or open a link with a language choice.
• Your browser's local storage: your mini-game high score, whether sound and the CRT effect are on, whether the intro has already played and which games you started in this session. This data never leaves your device and can be deleted at any time in your browser settings. The games themselves also store high scores and settings locally only.
• Cookie "arcade_admin": only used by the operator when logging into the admin area.

All of this storage is strictly necessary for functions you request (§ 165(3) Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021), so no cookie banner is required.

5. Games & online leaderboards

Games are only loaded when you click "Play". Some games offer a voluntary, private online leaderboard that can only be joined via an invitation link (currently Bubblotl). If you join, you choose a player name. This name, your scores and rounds reached and a random access key (cookie or local storage) are stored. The legal basis is your consent by joining (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can ask for deletion at any time by e-mail. If a game is hosted on another provider's server, that provider's privacy policy applies there.

6. Sharing & external links

The share buttons (e.g. WhatsApp, Facebook, X, Threads, Bluesky, Reddit, Telegram) are plain links. No scripts, images or counters from these networks are embedded, so none of them learns about your visit to the arcade. Only when you click a network does its page open in a new tab with the prepared link. From then on, that provider's privacy policy applies. "Copy" and "More apps" use your clipboard or your device's share dialog; no data is sent to us. Other links (e.g. Patreon) also only open the external website when clicked.

7. Donations

The donate button is a plain link to PayPal and opens paypal.com in a new tab. No data is sent to PayPal before that. If you donate, PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, processes your payment under PayPal's own privacy policy. We only receive the payment details from PayPal (name, e-mail address, amount, date and an optional message). We use them solely to match the donation and, where appropriate, to say thank you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR), and we do not pass them on.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to data portability and to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Just send an e-mail to the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
